Eligibility
Our refund policy lasts 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The service must not have been used or accessed.
- The service purchased must be a non-consumable digital product (e.g., downloadable course materials, unused credits for speaking test role-play, etc.).
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Refundable Items and Services
- Downloadable digital products (e.g., OET preparation materials, mock tests, etc.) once accessed or downloaded.
- Used services such as completed speaking test role-play or writing correction services.
- Gift cards and any promotional products or services.
- Discounted items or services purchased during a sale or promotion.
Requesting a Refund

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your request. If your request is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe:
- First, check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Then, contact your credit card provider or bank as there may be processing delays.

Refunds for Gift Purchases
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the purchase. Once the refund is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the purchase delivered to themselves, we will send the gift giver.
Shipping Costs
If applicable, you are responsible for covering the costs of returning any physical items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your approved amount.
For higher-priced physical items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive the item. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
