Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The service purchased must be a non-consumable digital product (e.g., downloadable course materials, unused credits for speaking test role-play, etc.).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable digital products (e.g., OET preparation materials, mock tests, etc.) once accessed or downloaded.
  • Used services such as completed speaking test role-play or writing correction services.
  • Gift cards and any promotional products or services.
  • Discounted items or services purchased during a sale or promotion.

Requesting a Refund
