Q: What is OET By Accordemy®?
As part of the Accordemy® services, the program of OET By Accordemy® is offered to enable medical professionals pass the Occupational English Test (OET) with confidence. The OET by Accordemy® not only ensures candidates pass the exam, but also helps them communicate in a healthcare setting with confidence. We offer resources, role plays, writing corrections, listening and reading materials, and more.
Q: Who can use this platform?
A: Our platform is designed for healthcare professionals who want to take the OET to prove their English language proficiency for work or study purposes.
Q: How do I create an account?
A: At the time of subscribing to any of our courses or services, you will be prompted to the Sign Up option and your account will be created.
Technical Questions
Q: I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
A: If you’re unable to log in, please try the following:
- Ensure your email and password are entered correctly.
- Reset your password using the “Forgot Password?” link.
- If the issue persists, visit our Help Center to submit a support ticket.
Q: The audio files on the platform aren’t playing. What can I do?
A: Check the following:
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
- Update your browser to the latest version.

A: Log in to your account, click on my courses, navigate to the Book An Appointment section, and select a date and time that suits you.

A: Yes! We offer free samples of some of our courses and services, including a sample writing correction and access to selected practice materials.
